Summer Blues
It's official. The summer blues have hit! I've only been back in England little over a week and I'm already experiencing full blown misery. (Although my tan hasn't faded yet so I'm still grasping onto that haha!) After every holiday away I'm pretty sure everyone experiences some sort of disgruntle that their long awaited break is over and they have to go back to normal life. My blues are like that, but x1000 since I've been away for over 3 months. Plus Page is still out livin' it up in Ibiza for the next week or so, so I'm missing both him and the sunshine! I'm back to uni to start my third and final year, which I'm kind of excited about, but at the same time I just want it to be over so I can go travelling and then eventually get a 'real' job... lol.
I'm also very excited that London Fashion Week is just round the corner! I've left it a little late but I'm starting to think of some outfit choices! As much as I'm missing Ibiza I do love this time of year. I see the change of the season as time to revamp my wardrobe and re-find that snuggly over-sized roll neck jumper that I've missed all summer! Although I might not have the budget this year I definitely know what pieces I will be looking for for this Autumn Winter. I can't even begin to describe my love for buying coats and winter boots so I'm truly looking forward to whats ahead!

Lovers and Drifters
I'm trying my best to soak up every last bit of Ibiza in my last 10 days here before I head back to rainy England! Something I really love about Ibiza is all the colours. In England everything is pretty much varied tones of grey and black, which is why I think so many of us feel obliged to dress in dark colours (not to mention the fact that the weather makes it feel like winter 80% of the time). So living somewhere where there is colour just makes the day feel a lot happier. Waking up to sunshine and bright blue skies every morning puts me in the most amazing mood and being able to swim in the sea every day is such a blessing! I know a lot of people love the winter and the cold but I am definitely not one of them. I feel more productive in the summer, (even though its like a million degrees out here) I want to go on adventures and see things and experience stuff.
I've been feeling really happy recently and I think it's because I finally feel content with everything in my life. As much as I'm dreading going back to England I can't wait to see all my family and friends! I start back at uni in September but I'm looking forward to it because I'm moving into a new house and I'm actually excited to start my FMP (I have so many ideas, I just want to get going haha!)
I couldn't have imagined a better summer, or a better person to have spent it with. I feel so grateful for everyone in my life, feeling blessed!!
P.s I LOVE YOU IBIZA!!

The Beach Star Ibiza ☆
Bit of a different one again, but couldn't not write about this one! I got the pleasure of hanging out at 'The Beach Star Ibiza' the other day and decided to make a post about how lovely it is! The newly refurbished hotel sits on the sea front of San Antonio Bay overlooking Punta Xinxo beach. About a 10 minute walk from where I've been living -irritated that I haven't been in sooner! One of my favourite things about the hotel is that it's adults only. Not to be a child-hating weirdo but c'mon, what ruins a relaxing day by the pool none other than a pack of hyped-up 7 year olds with inflatables and water pistols running around screaming. Am I wrong? The atmosphere is chill to say the least with an in-house DJ playing upbeat relaxing music.
If you're thinking of coming to Ibiza I would definitely recommend The Beach Star. The location is far enough away from madness of San Antonio Town so that you can chill and enjoy yourself, but close enough that you can still head in to party. San An Bay also has a great deal of nightlife too, so you've got the best of both worlds. I spent the afternoon drinking daiquiris and lounging on one of the beds, there also is a selection of hammocks overlooking Punta Xinxo, so you can chill and watch the sunset over the Mediterranean- life's a beach!

Into The Blue ☮
Yesterday we spent the day in Cala Conté exploring the coast and snorkelling in the rock caves. Cala Conté is absolutely beautiful and just a short 20 minute drive away from where I'm living for the summer so I don't know why I hadn't visited sooner! (I blame Page's poor planning skills haha) I got this beautiful white dress/ kaftan from a local hippy market for just €15! It's perfect for throwing on over a bikini for the day or teamed with some strappy sandals for a chilled night out. I've been to visit the woman selling these at the local Hippy Market several times, and have had to resist buying all of her stuff because it's all so beautiful! Her stall sells mostly handmade items with a large majority of her clothing handmade in India, such as this dress.

Not So Cold Shoulder
Brought this top months ago and because it's not very 'British weather friendly' so what better place to don it than the White Isle itself. I am truly making good use of all the sunshine and warm weather out here by cracking out every item of clothing that I've wanted to wear in England but the weather has told me otherwise. I know a lot of girls can brave the cold and wear gorgeous skimpy little tops and shorts out in the nippy British weather, but I am not one of them. I'm one of those 'been out in the cold for 10 minutes and can already feel the flu coming on' kind of people. I've had to book my flights home back to England a little sooner than I had planned due to Uni, so I'm trying to make the most of my last few weeks out here! Apologies for the blurry motion photos in advance!
